For security purposes, there will be no on-site registration for this event. Further, to gain entrance to the Shades of Green you will be required to provide your name and show photo identification (names will be cross-checked against a list that will be maintained at the Security Gate). Upon check in, a valid Military ID or current DoD ID and LES may be required. Government contractors and non-military guests will need to provide a picture ID for check-in.

To ensure smooth entrance to the Shades of Green:

1. Lodging at the Shades of Green – when you book your hotel stay, please mention the conference. Being a registered guest of the Shades of Green, secures your name on the Security Gate list.

2. All Other Lodging - You must be pre-registered to attend this conference with the Event Coordinator. As a pre-registered attendee, your name will be automatically added to the Security Gate list the days of the event, only (2-3 OCT 2008).
